Bill was an outstanding high school athlete at La Jolla High School and a collegiate scholarship athlete at San Diego State University where he played Football and Basketball. Professionally, Bill worked for the San Diego Unified School District, retiring in his career as a Elementary School Principal.
Bill was a long time Board Member for both the San Diego County Basketball Officials Association and the San Diego County Football Officials Association. As with most officials, Bill began officiating at the Youth Level, continuing to advance to the NCAA level, in both Basketball and Football.
