Developed detailed score sheets for each level and each event to more efficiently check off and confirm final scoring
Assembled Judges training links via YouTube along with keyed score sheets
Maintained communication with all coaches with weekly assignment reminders
Encouraged coaches to send lists of optional routines to evaluate and suggest changes to better fit the criteria for NFHS routines
