Jim Gibilisco has been an umpire for over 37 years, as a member of six baseball and softball officials associations throughout the United States. He has umpired youth recreation, CIF championships, NCAA Division 1 regional finals, Amateur Softball Association State, National championships, the Olympic Festival and Word Cup Softball. He pioneered a training program which has been modeled by other association and has prepared hundreds of umpires for local, state, national and International competition.
