A member of the San Diego County Basketball Officials Assocation since 1970. Terry has officiated CIF San Diego Section Championship games as well as the California State High School Championship game in 1981.
He has refereed in the Pacific Coast Athletic Association, Big West Conference, WAC, WCC and the PAC-10 with 14 NCAA Division I Tournament games (twice officiating regional finals).
